Q	Do my packs have to be switched on or off when they’re on charge?

A	Ensure that there is an audio connection (speakers). Check the sound volume is turned up in the Windows Control Panel. Check that the amplifier is switched on. As a test, try plugging headphones or PC speakers into the headphone jack (usually green) at the back of the game PC.
